• Install new light fixtures throughout

• Install mecho shades at all exterior windows

• Install glass at suite entry and boardroom

• Install clerestory window at all offices

• Install custom millwork in breakroom/copy room/conference room and boardroom

• Install custom servery counter with an electric roll-up door

• Build a custom reception desk with stone surround

• Build a new custom boardroom and conference room table with stone top

• Install plumbing in the breakroom

• Install fire alarm and sprinkler system to maintain proper coverage per city codes
